Chloe came to North Star on August 31, 2012 from a rural shelter in Emporia, Kansas where she had been surrendered by her owner. Chloe is a petite, black tri-color Border Collie who is approximately six months of age. She is happy, energetic, and has never met a person she didn't like.
She is settling into her foster home and we will post more updates as we learn more about her personality.
