Argus is 2 years old and full of personality! This guy is such a clown when he's playing with toys, the joy on his face when he teases one of the other dogs into chasing him brings a smile to your face. Argus loves to play fetch however he loves to be chased almost as much. We are working on him dropping the ball when he brings it back. In the house Argus settles down quickly with a antler or chew toy.
Argus was a only dog, it didn't take him long to warm up to the other dogs here. He now teases and flirts with them to chase him with a toy/ball hanging out of his mouth. He is very respectful of other dogs and does well with both males and females. He is more submissive to the girls here and tends to rough house with the boys.
Argus was a owner surrender to North Star, his family made the very hard decision to let this guy go knowing that he needed room to run away from busy streets. They did a wonderful job with him, he does not go on the furniture or beds. Walks well on a leash, knows basic commands and is housebroken. Argus is crate trained and will often go to his crate to nap. He loves the water and is a good swimmer. He really enjoyed being on the boat and trying to get the gulls and ducks that were in the water.
Argus is neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped and on flea/tick preventive.
