Brynn is a purebred Australian Shepherd born January 23, 2011. She came from working stock parents and is a very strong willed and determined little girl who will require an owner with Aussie experience AND a job to do. She is smart and learns very quickly - however this means she can learn bad behavior just as easily as appropriate behavior so we want to make sure she goes to the right home. Because of her strong personality Brynn will need to go to a home with adults only. She will need consistency in her training to make her into the amazing dog I know she can be.
Brynn has been respectful of my cats, but that could change as she matures. Right now she is too small to bother them much, even though she keeps trying.
She loves to play with the other dogs and does not let her size deter her from jumping right in the middle of things. She is already showing the bossy tendencies female herding dogs are known for – so she would probably do best in a home with male dogs.
Brynn has been microchipped, is current on all her vaccinations including Bordatella, and is on heartworm and flea/tick preventative. She is too young to be spayed at this time, so she will be adopted out with a spay/neuter contract. This consists of a $100.00 deposit that is held until proof she has been spayed, at which time the deposit is returned. Her adoption fee is $250.00.
